Cancellation Policy
I understand that things come up and you may need to cancel or reschedule. Please notify Sculpted Well at (469) 999-2849 or info@sculptedwell.com as soon as possible.
Clear communication is key to a smooth appointment and avoiding deposit forfeits. Please review the following:
• A nonrefundable deposit is required to secure your appointment and will be applied toward your final service total.
• A 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
• Deposits may be transferred one time with at least 24 hours notice. Same-day cancellations and no-shows require a new deposit.
• Repeated no-call/no-shows may result in booking restrictions.
• Any service concerns must be reported within 48 hours after your appointment. After this timeframe, adjustments are not guaranteed and concerns do not qualify for refunds.
